How To Get Started:

Get A Medical Diagnosis

Making sure you have a formal diagnosis from your licensed primary care provider or behavioral health expert is the first step when starting the journey to approval and navigating the insurance maze.

Find Out What Kind of Insurance You Have

Not all insurance claims or health services are governed in the same way. We have learned this through first-hand experience and will be here to guide you through the process now and through any insurance provider changes.

Recognize Your Specific Policy and Financial Responsibilities

The scope of each policy varies. What are your out-of-pocket maximums, co-pays, and deductibles? Do you require a referral? What are the "in-network" providers? We will be here to help facilitate that as we work with several of the top carriers. We will work with your insurance company to be sure that we understand exactly what your policy covers, which will save time and money in the long run.

Maintain Organization and Focus on the Process

Keep your spirits up...there is a ray of hope at the end of the tunnel!
